My Town Alpha 1.2 Update

1. Fix Jail Immunity Card not properly use as intended
2. Fix jail disable player for two turns, now properly disable for 1 turn only.
3. Fix jail not properly transfer next player to their current location
4. Reduce income receive in Income Turn from 50% to 25% to reduce inflation on late game and make it easier to finish other player.
5. Add which player turn was it on top of the screen
6. Show owner property when landed, an empty mean neutral, 1 mean player one and so on.
